elder law issues
Mr. Aldridge works on legislation to protect the rights of the elderly. Though Mr. Aldridge has drafted legislation for grandparent’s rights and conservator guardianship protections, he does not take grandparent rights cases, nor does he initiate conservator guardianship actions. He does, however, accept court appointments to be a guardian ad litem. A guardian ad litem is the court appointed attorney for the person for whom the guardianship is being sought, to make sure that their rights are being protected.
