        Mr. Aldridge works on legislation to protect the rights of the elderly. Though Mr. Aldridge has drafted legislation for grandparent’s rights and conservator guardianship protections, he does not take grandparent rights cases, nor does he initiate conservator guardianship actions.  In general, Mr. Aldridge does not appear in contested cases except as a consultant or expert witness.
